Stop the madness

Friday night. A night made for celebration. A night to cast off the worries of the work week and begin the celebration that is the weekend. Friday nights should be relaxing, a chance to kick back with friends of families, have a cold beverage or 2, and then get a good nights sleep.

My son had different plans.

He woke up at:
10:30
11:00
12:30
1:35
2:30
4:20 – and that was it, time to get up an play………..

This is unacceptable. There will be major changes in our routine. After consulting the pediatrician and doing some research, sleep training starts Sunday night.

The training will be grueling (not for me though so who cares) and at the end of it the goal is my son will become a model sleeper, the type envied by other parents.

I’ll keep you all posted thought the next two weeks to let you know how it’s going.
