Though the weather has been cool everyone is starting to get that spring itch. No more so than me. Gifford’s Ice Cream opened this weekend so even though the temperature was below freezing, I packed up the boy and took him for his very first ever cone. It was strawberry, and he was done it faster than I was done mine.
